Thursday night we took home the Viewers’ Choice & Judges’ Choice awards for our entry in the 24hr Video Race. Thank you to everyone who voted for us and thanks to Living Arts, Philbrook & IAO for continuing to host the video race! We had a great time participating this year and regardless of any awards it was a great exercise for focusing our creativity while being mindful of the many restrictions. Our entry, World of Words, is now available for viewing on the site, and will be going up on our YouTube channel shortly.
Cheers!

It’s that time of the year again. The screening of the 7th annual 24 Hour Video Race entries is tonight at Philbrook Museum of Art. All participating teams were given 24 hours to write, shoot, edit and turn in a completed short film incorporating all three elements, a prop (a globe) a line of dialogue (What if mine sucks?) and a theme (occupy.) We are excited for people to see our entry, World of Words, a throwback to the public television children’s shows of our youth with a twist. We had a lot of fun making it, and you’ll have a lot of fun watching it! So come out to Philbrook tonight. It’s a Thursday… it’s not like you have any better plans, Community isn’t even on anymore.
The 24hr Video Race is sponsored by Philbrook Museum of Art, Living Arts of Tulsa and Individual Artists of Oklahoma
We hope to see you there!

Hey folks! Our first feature-length film, Springfield 61, is chugging along in post production. We are nearing a complete picture lock. Alex has begun work on the score, and it is sounding great! As we begin to place the finishing touches on the film it is all coming together to feel like a real movie.
